Having worked in senior positions in the non-profit, corporate, Indian Navy and start-up segments, Pradeep has more than 30 years of professional expertise in diverse sectors and cultures. As an internationally certified leadership and executive coach, he assists organisations in improving their talent management, employee engagement, customer experience and strengths-based leadership development.

He is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), International Association of Facilitators (IAF), and Harvard Medical School Institute of Coaching. He has an M.Tech. from IIT Kanpur and B.Tech from Naval College of Engineering.

He served in the Indian Navy as Lt. Commander. He has held senior positions in Shakti Sustainable Energy Foundation, Centre for Science and Environment, Futuristic Solutions, and InterraIT. As an entrepreneur, he helped develop India’s first palmtop microcomputer, winning national innovation awards.
