Sir,
I read your article on” Clean Up Indian Railways”
wherein you have stated that: “…While 95% of trains have installed bio-toilets,
they are no better than (no better than) septic tanks and the water discharged
is not better than raw sewage……”.
In this connection I have designed and fabricated a tank using locally avaiable
technology. This tank is for SYSTEMATIC COLLECTION, SYSTEMATIC RETENTION
AND SYSTEMATIC DISPOSAL OF LIQUID WASTER AT CERTAIN DESIGNATED PLACES
WITHOUT STOPPING THE TRAIN. The entire operation lasts for fifteen seconds only. All the toils become clean simultaneously in 015 seconds (15 seconds).
I have provisional patent issued by Patent Office, Chennai.
I have participated in exhibition conducted by Vishweshwaraiah Ind.& Tec.Muserum in Bangalore.
I wrote to DRDO (Railways) and Ministry of Railways to look into my invention and adopt it. But they refused. Reason given by them: Only invention improving
the so called bio toilets only are acceptable to them.
But my invention is far far better them their bio toilets.
Since you are CEO of I.FOREST, can you be pro active and take up my invention
to railways? My invention uses locally available materials and simple technology.
My invention creates full time employment to around 5,000 employees at least.
Discharge of liquid waster at designated places can increase ground water level,
makes available free manure for piggery and any other similar purposes.
Provisional Patent Np.5079/CHE/2013 dated 11-11-2013 Patent Office Chennai India.
One letter from RDSO Railway Ministry New Delhi Letter No.MC/CB/LF/Anaerobic
dated 05-06-2017- wherein Railways declined to implement my invention.
